Eka is a 19 acre residential gated development project 60km from Central Bangalore and 40km from Bangalore International Airport. This gorgeous parcel of land has stunning views of hills encircling it with an evergreen Channagiri hill (which is part of the Nandi Hills range) skirting it and giving the land its unique character.
Channagiri is a small hill part of the Nandi Hills range, which consists of the popular Nandigiri and Brahmagiri hills. It is popular with pilgrims for its Omkareshwara temple at the top with a Hanuman deity in it. It is also known to be the source of River Pinakini.
This beautiful, rustic development uses natural materials for all it development and roads and blends into its stunning green environs very effortlessly. Eka is going to have a state of the art clubhouse with well deployed rooms to rent. The plot owners are building holiday homes that can be rented for short stays.
Designed by Sanctuary Architects, the project uses natural materials like stone and brick all procured within a 10 km radius from the site. Rain water harvesting systems have been deployed to harvest maximum amount of rain water and rainwater recharge pits allow for rain to replenish the land and ensure decent water table below the surface.
60km from Bangalores makes it a short drive from the City. The road connectivity is fabulous and easy. The entire Nandi Hills belt is stunning for drives, treks and cycling. A couple of days of nature therapy and one is reset and recharged!
