Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors.
Pets: Pets are allowed in select villas upon prior request. Please check the pet policy for the specific villa.
Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damages to property or excessive cleaning required after check-out. Any damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
Use of Facilities: Guests are encouraged to enjoy the amenities and facilities provided but should use them responsibly. This includes pool areas, gardens, and other common spaces.
Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa or during the night for safety. The property is not liable for loss or theft of valuables.
